Rhythm isn't a talent you're born with — it's a skill you develop. Every instructor has trained people who
walked in believing they were a "lost cause." Without exception, every student leaves with rhythm they
never
knew they had.

Our intro classes are designed with this fear in mind. Everyone is a beginner • everyone's focus is on
their
own feet, not yours. Most students forget to be embarrassed within 10 minutes.

Our oldest active student is 74 — and she didn't start until age 68. Dance styles like Waltz are gentle on
joints while improving balance and posture. Age isn't a barrier, it's just a story we tell ourselves.
Do I need a partner to take lessons?
No, absolutely not! Many of our students take lessons solo. Your
professional instructor will be your dance partner.
